You can download the PDF order form and fax in your order, adding on the shipping charges to your total.  Then you can either pay with a charge card by adding it to your order form in the space allowed (we accept Visa, Master card and American Express)—or you can call with a charge number.  You can also send us a check or money order.  Orders are usually shipped with in 48 hours of receiving payment.  Should you have any questions, call or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  If you are a retail store and would like a wholesale catalog, email us with your store name, address and phone number and we’ll get one out to you asap.
